Baltimore-based operations to become part of Newpoint Services Fifth market in under four years.
INDIANAPOLIS, IN – June 3, 2024 – Newpoint Services, a leading Indianapolis-headquartered building services contractor, today announced the acquisition of the maintenance division of Maryland-based Corporate Maintenance Group, Inc. (CMG). This strategic acquisition will retain 40 existing associates and build upon the market-leading reputation CMG has established over the past two decades. CMG serves commercial properties primarily in Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia.

Their team of 40, many of whom have over a decade of tenure, serve prominent clients including Johns Hopkins Hospital, University of Virginia Medical Center, Domino Sugar, Port of Baltimore, Harbor East, and Mercy.
Services include pressure washing, sweeping, power scrubbing, graffiti removal, and window washing for properties such as multi-level parking structures, commercial buildings, retail centers, and mixed-use developments.

Rick Ferrell, Founder and Owner of CMG, will continue operating under the Corporate Maintenance Group name and focus on leading and operating the Road Marking division of the company he founded in 2004.
